Several performance improvments have been applied to the tile CDN.

Apps violating the usage policy by attempting to fake another program’s user-agent or referer have been blocked.

API

Changeset uploads are now being directed at cgimap.

Upgrade of cgimap

cgimap was upgrade from 0.6.1 to version 0.7.5. The new release includes support for changeset upload, compressed uploads, basic authentication and Overpass API style JSON format (currently disabled until Rails port supports JSON as well).
