New tile caches

New tile caches were set up. Waima, hosted by Catalyst in Hamilton, New Zealand, Nidhogg, hosted by Lysator in Linköping, Sweden, Boitata, and hosted by Centro de Computação Científica e Software Livre, Universidade Federal do Paraná in Curitiba, Brazil

New Sysadmin for CiviCRM - Guillaume Rischard

OWG would like to welcome Guillaume as a sysadmin for the CiviCRM instance. Guillaume has done past work for the MWG setting up CiviCRM for them.

New hardware

Four HP DL360 Gen9 machines have been installed to replace the aging front-end and wiki servers in Equinix Amsterdam. This was done entirely with remote hands, and some lessons were learned to improve next time.

The default wiki mobile skin has changed to a responsive one.
