New Member - Paul Norman

OWG would like to welcome Paul as a full member of the working group. Paul has done considerable work for us earlier in 2018 with our server move to Amsterdam, and has volunteered to take a full position on the working group.

2019 Budget

We made the first baby steps towards the 2019 budget, by asking the OSMF Treasurer for information about our 2018 expenditure.
